Tijdens het plaatsen van uw bestelling kunt u betalen met iDEAL, PayPal, SofortBanking, EPS, Giropay, ING Home Pay, KBC, MasterCard, MisterCash en Visa. Uw bestelling wordt verzonden met DHL of PostNL.
De verzendkosten binnen Nederland bedragen € 6,95. Bij bestellingen vanaf € 150,00 is de verzending binnen Nederland gratis.
Wij verzenden uw bestelling zo spoedig mogelijk en uiterlijk binnen 5 werkdagen, mits alle bestelde artikelen op voorraad zijn.
Heeft u één of meerdere pre-order modellen besteld? Dan verzenden wij de bestelling zodra deze compleet is. Artikelen die al op voorraad zijn, worden dus niet afzonderlijk verzonden.
Ondanks dat wij onze voorraad zo zorgvuldig mogelijk bijhouden, kan het voorkomen dat een model (tijdelijk) niet leverbaar is terwijl het nog wel op onze website wordt aangeboden. Mocht dit gebeuren, dan informeren wij u per e-mail en zoeken we samen naar een passende oplossing.
Wilt u uw bestelling retourneren? Als consument heeft u het recht om uw bestelling binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst zonder opgave van reden te herroepen.
U kunt uw retour eenvoudig aanmelden via onze pagina Herroepingsrecht. Vul daar uw ordernummer en het e-mailadres waarmee de bestelling is geplaatst in. Na ontvangst van uw herroepingsverzoek ontvangt u informatie over de verdere afhandeling van uw retour.
De kosten voor het retourneren van de bestelling zijn voor eigen rekening.

We will ship your order as soon as possible and no later than within 5 working days, provided that all ordered items are in stock.
If your order contains one or more pre-order models, the entire order will be shipped once all items are available. Items that are already in stock will therefore not be shipped separately.
Although we take great care to keep our stock information up to date, occasionally a model may be (temporarily) unavailable while still being listed on our website. Should this happen, we will contact you by email and work with you to find a suitable solution.
Would you like to return your order? As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving your order.
You can easily register your return via our Right of Withdrawal page. Enter your order number and the email address used to place the order. After we receive your withdrawal request, you will receive further information about the return process.
Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
